Description of services: We develop engineering in its different stages as visualization, conceptualization, basic engineering, and detailed engineering; we provide advice for the start-up and operation of industrial plants; process optimization; troubleshooting; risk analysis; and shutdown and rehabilitation of plants; chemical and mechanical cleaning for vessels, exchangers, heaters, and towers; and we provide specialized technical personnel for the operation and maintenance of industrial plants.
Commissioning
& Plant Start-Up
Leak test, spin test, P&D checking, inerting with nitrogen, performance test, debottleneck, smooth startup, loop test.
Basic enginner, design and package intallation
P&ID and modeling review, detecting omission, clashing, and improvement of facilities for flexibility. Design and installation of heavy atmospheric or vacuum residue conversion to dieasel (AGO). Design and intallation of Jet fuel treatment compact unit.
HAZOP and P&ID Checking
for Construction
Safety and efficiency in the over hall of the installations allow avoiding large losses.
Operation and Maintenace
Refineries and process O&M, within world standards procedures. Normal operation procedures, emergency procedures, emergency preplanning, routine maintenance, maintenance management system, and turnaround planning.
